- * Veterans transitioning from shelter or temporary housing
- * Veterans exiting VA hospitals or residential care
- * Veterans with fixed income seeking supportive independent living
Justice-Involved Adults:
- * Paroled or probation-eligible residents needing a verifiable address
- * Men transitioning directly from prison or jail
- * Individuals with stable income (SSI, SSDI, VA benefits, pension, disability checks)
